Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds

All subscription payments are final and strictly non-refundable.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• No sales or low sales
  
• No orders or buyer activity
• User inactivity or non-usage
• Wrong or incorrect uploads
• Change of mind
• Accidental or mistaken purchase
• Account suspension due to violation
• Technical issues not caused by PromptQube
  
  

2. Cancellation

• Users may disable auto-renewal at any time.
• Cancelling auto-renew does not provide a refund for unused time or remaining days in the plan.
  
  

3. Disputes

All disputes or concerns must be raised through official customer support channels.

Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Access

An active subscription provides access to:

• Upload prompts
• Marketplace listing privileges
• Selling rights
• Creator dashboard & analytics
• Commission structure as per the chosen plan
  
  

2. Plan Expiry

Upon plan expiry:

• Uploading will be disabled
• Listings may be hidden
• Selling privileges will be paused
• No refunds will be issued for unused or expired days
  
  

3. Upgrades

Users may upgrade to a higher plan anytime by paying the difference in plan value.
Upgrade payments are also non-refundable.

4. Commission Structure

Commission rates depend on:

• The subscription plan
• Product category
• Marketplace offers and promotions
  
  

By subscribing, the user agrees to all applicable commission charges.
