1. Platform Overview

PromptQube is a subscription-based digital marketplace that allows users to upload, list, and sell prompts and other digital assets.
The platform provides access and listing capabilities only.
PromptQube does not guarantee any sales, buyers, orders, traffic, visibility, or profits.

2. Independent Sellers

  • Each seller operates as an independent creator.
  • PromptQube does not own, control, or modify seller-generated content.
  • All rights, responsibilities, and liabilities related to uploaded content rest solely with the seller.

3. No Sales Guarantee

By using the platform, the seller acknowledges that PromptQube does NOT guarantee:

  • Sales
  • Buyer traffic
  • Visibility
  • Income
  • Engagement
  • Conversions

Marketplace performance depends entirely on the seller’s content quality, creativity, pricing, marketing efforts, and buyer demand.

4. Commission Charges

  • Platform commission applies according to the selected subscription plan.
  • Commission rates may vary by category, plan, or promotional period.
  • Commission is automatically deducted from every successful sale.

5. Subscription Fee

  • Subscription fees provide platform access and the ability to list digital content.
  • These fees are not tied to sales or performance.
  • Sellers must renew their subscription before expiry to continue uploading or selling items.

6. Non-Refundable Policy

All subscription fees are 100% non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • No sales or low sales
  • No buyer activity
  • Inactivity or non-usage
  • Change of mind
  • Wrong uploads
  • Technical issues caused by the user
  • Any other reason not caused by PromptQube

7. Content Guidelines

Sellers must ensure that uploaded content:

  • Is original and not plagiarised
  • Does not violate copyright laws
  • Contains no illegal, harmful, or prohibited material
  • Contains no NSFW content (unless permitted by law and platform rules)

PromptQube may remove content that violates any guidelines, without prior notice.

8. Account Termination

PromptQube reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Spamming
  • Platform misuse
  • Copyright infringement
  • Fake or manipulated orders
  • Abusive or harmful behavior

No refunds will be provided if an account is terminated for policy violations.

9. Payments & Withdrawals

  • Seller earnings are transferred after deducting commission and applicable charges.
  • Withdrawal timelines depend on payment gateway processing and the seller’s bank.

10. Platform Rights

PromptQube may update or modify at any time:

  • Pricing
  • Commission rates
  • Features and tools
  • Subscription plans
  • UI/UX

Changes may be implemented with or without prior notice.

11. Liability Limitation

PromptQube is not responsible for:

  • Lost profits
  • Missed sales
  • Business or reputation loss
  • Content theft or misuse by others
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers

PromptQube’s maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid for the current active plan.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of India
